On January 29, 2008 an extraordinary general meeting of Luxo ASA elected Ms. Kristine Landmark as a new Director of the Board
According to the proposal of the Election Committee, Ms Kristine Landmark was elected new Director of the Board of Luxo ASA, in replacement of Carl Christian Krefting, who resigned. The Board of Directors now consists of: Mr Olav Kjell Holtan, Mr Arve J. Andresen, Ms Kristine Landmark, Mr. Gudmund Stokke and Ms Line Uppard.
Ms Landmark has extensive experience from the Stokke Group, where
she has been Managing Director for the last 4 years. Her previous
position was Regional Director of Sunnmørsbanken. Since 1998 Landmark
has been Board Member of Sparebanken Møre and since 2007 Board Member
of Hjellegjerde ASA. Landmark is a graduate of the Norwegian College of
Economics (NHH).
