Luxo ASA has in letter dated 17 June 2009
pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4)cf
Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1), applied for
delisting of the company's shares from Oslo Børs.
Oslo Børs has on 30 June 2009 made the following
resolution.
"The shares in Luxo ASA will be delisted from
listing on Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be 30
June 2009."
