Mikkel Sandvik (1971)
President & CEOMr Sandvik is a graduate in Economics from the University of Colorado and took up duties as President and CEO of Luxo ASA on 1 March, 2004. Mr Sandvik had been engaged as working chairman at the Group’s US and Canadian companies since June 2003. Before that he held several senior positions with Laerdal Medical AS. With his track record at Laerdal and many years’ effort in the family business Sandvik, he has solid international experience, including several years spent in the USA and Asia.
Kjetil Gjerdalen (1963)
Vice President Operations/COO
Kjetil Gjerdalen took up duties as Vice President Operations and COO of Luxo ASA on October 1, 2007. He has extensive experience from change management in several industrial companies, and has held positions as plant manager or managing director over the last 12 years. He was interim plant manager in Luxo Industri AB, Målilla, during six months in 2004. Mr. Gjerdalen was educated at the Naval Academy in Norway, and also has an MBA from University of Virginia, USA.
Nina Gravråk (1971)
Vice President Finance/CFO Nina Gravråk has been employed with Luxo since August 2005. She took up her duties as Vice President Finance/CFO in April 2006. Earlier she has been working 9 years in the audit company Ernst & Young, mainly with business within manufacturing and trade. Gravråk is a business graduate in economics and certified public accountant.
Joakim Andersson (1964)
Vice President SalesJoakim Andersson has been employed with Luxo since 1991 and before that with Ledu from 1983 until the company was acquired by Luxo. He has worked with customer service, as salesman in various districts in Sweden, as sales manager of the Nordic countries and is presently Vice President of Sales Europe, with marketing responsibility as well. Andersson is a market economist, educated at the Institute of Higher Marketing Education in Gothenburg.
Børge Filseth (1971)
Vice President IT & Business Process Development
Børge Filseth took up his duties in Luxo on August 15, 2007. He came from the consultancy company Accenture, where he worked with the management of major projects related to IT and process development for 10 years. Filseth is a graduate in physics and mathematics of the Norwegian Institute of Science and INPG Grenoble, France.
Lars-Fredrik Forberg (1976)
Director R&DLars-Fredrik Forberg started in Luxo on December 5, 2005. He previously held the position of General Manager of K8 Industridesign and of designer in his own company. Forberg is a graduate of science of the Norwegian Institute of Science.
