Our customers assess the quality we deliver partly on the basis of their experience of us over time, partly based on specific experiences. Building up customer loyalty is a time-consuming process. A single negative experience of an organisation or product can be enough to seriously impair customer confidence.

Built on history
We operate in an ever-changing market where intense competition is the order of the day. The evolution of the EC single market from 1993 onwards has further intensified market competition. In this situation it is vital to highlight quality as a competitive advantage, and to show our customers that we are committed to quality throughout the organisation. A thoroughly documented quality assurance system and official certifications are available to satisfy our customers that we will continue to deliver as promised.
Although we are greatly helped by our history as a supplier of quality, a positive past is no longer a guarantee for the future given the marked increase in customers' quality awareness. The customer also wants security for the future. In this respect our combination of historical experience and quality assurance system is certainly a foundation for continued confidence with our products and services.
And current standards
The quality manuals now guiding our work were a precondition for ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 certification. However, it should be noted that the manuals were not compiled to meet the demands of a certification process. Their greatest value to us is in our ongoing effort to ensure quality throughout the organisation through compliance with the routines and standards they draw up.
