Olav Kjell Holtan is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Management BI (1976). He has managerial experience from commerce, manufacturing and finance in the years 1976 to 1986, when he joined Ernst & Young in a counselling role. He started his own consultancy practice in 1989 and was one of three partners to establish DHT Corporate Services in 1994. Since 1989 he has worked full time on corporate restructuring and strategic development with a basis in a responsible position on client companies’ management boards. He is currently board chairman at Ekornes ASA, ElektroVakuum AS and a board member at Byggmakker Norge AS og Jøtul AS. Olav Kjell Holtan indirectly owns 0,4% of the shares of Luxo ASA through Holtan Management AS.

Gudmund Stokke is a graduate architect (MNAL) and a partner at Narud Stokke Wiig Arkitekter & Planleggere AS. His all-round experience includes management and design of major facilities in the fields of transport and communications, manufacturing, commercial buildings, urban development and zone planning. Mr Stokke has been President of the National Association of Norwegian Architects, holds a number of board positions in this field and is in demand on the lecture circuit.

Ms Line Lybo Uppard is founder and managing director of Flying Pigs Consulting, working with strategic branding and branding processes. Ms Uppard is a market economist educated at NMH (The Norwegian College of Marketing) and has a Master Degree in Business & Organizational Communication from Emerson College in Boston. She is a licensed instructor for Blanchards Situational Leadership II and has NLP Trainer Specialist certification from McKenna Institute in London. In addition, Ms Uppard has extensive management and consultancy experience from companies such as Braathens, NorgesGruppen, GlasMagasinet, Office line and from large Norwegian consultancy companies.

Bente Luthman graduated from WANG college as a secretary and the Export candidate programme at the Norwegian Export school. Bente has been with the company for 22 years, during which she has worked with export sales and international marketing. In the recent years she has held the position as Project Manager Marketing in Luxo ASA and Luxo Norge AS. Her career history spans Lorentzen & Wettre A/S and Skandiatransport A/S.

Roy Jøran Trangsrud was trained in machine and mechanical work at Sentrum junior college at Kongsvinger. He as been with Luxo at Kirkenær since 1979. During his years at the plant he has worked in the paint shop and assembly departments, but currently he works in the logistics department.
